No. 23899 of 2013 has already been complied with, hence he does not wish to press this application and seeks permission to withdrawn this application.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
