Counsel for the petitioners submits that actually it was the case of committing suicide of the fourth wife of the informant. He seeks indulgence of the Court to withdraw the application enabling the petitioners to surrender and pray for regular bail. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty.
