The petitioner claims that Flat No.7 HF 8/39 situated as Bahadur Colony, Patna was initially allotted in favour of somebody else but, thereafter, power of attorney was given in his favour. The Housing Board accepted the claim of the petitioner and entered into an agreement with the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that only Rs.2,01,405/- was to be paid in 84 monthly installments as per Annexure-2 which is a letter issued by the Executive Officer of the Housing Board, however, it is contended that suddenly, vide Annexure-4, which is a letter dated 20.03.2013, the petitioner has

From the averments of the writ petition, it appears that there is a dispute with respect to the price of the flat. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Managing Director of the Board by filing a detailed representation setting out his claim which should be transmitted by him immediately to the Pricing Committee which should grant reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and, after hearing him the Housing Board, should pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation along with a copy of this order by the petitioner.
