The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Obra P. S. Case No. 241 of 2018 dated 06.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 379, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though the petitioners also are said to have participated in the assault but the specific act of assault has been attributed to Nandu Prajapati and Arvind Prajapati respectively.
The petitioners have clean antecedents and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79796 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 wife of Nandu Prajapati has also filed a case against the informant of the present case.
The petitioners are not said to have injured any person in particular.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, District - Aurangabad in connection with Obra P. S. Case No. 241 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
