By invoking inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 1st July, 2015 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Chitragupta Nagar P.S.Case No. 41 of 2015 by which he has taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have perused the FIR, as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of the offences alleged. On completion of investigation, the police found the allegations to be true.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47386 of 2015 (2) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 Accordingly, a report under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed by the police in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. On perusal of the materials available on record, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria has passed the impugned order dated 1st July, 2015. I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
