The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 06.01.2012 passed by the Additional District Judge, XI, Patna, in Cr. Appeal No.146 of 2011 by which he has affirmed the order dated 12.05.2011 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna, in Domestic Violence Case No.22 of 2010 for payment of interim maintenance of `seven thousand per month to the Opposite Party No2 for maintenance of the children.

Considering the impugned order, I do not find any merit in the application.
