The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gadhapura P.S. Case No. 35 of 2011 registered under Sections 147, 323, 341, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has been made accused in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
