Petitioner seeks bail in Chandi P.S. Case No. 301 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 498(A), 494/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner is husband of the informant. He is in custody since 05.10.2018.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that entire allegation is false and concocted. In fact, the informant does not want to live with the petitioner.

Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
