Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Sherghatti P.S. Case No.430 of 2021 instituted under Section 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, the marriage was solemnized in 2010 with the petitioner herein but right from the beginning the deceased was subjected to torture inasmuch just ten days prior to the occurrence, she was beaten to the extent that the accused persons had broken her hand. On the fateful day, upon information, he went to the place of her in-laws and found her dead body.
Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of nine months in view of the fact that he is in custody since 16.07.2021.
