2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

"(i) Issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the memo no. 8B/Aarop

(01) NI 06/2020 254 dated 11.01.2023 issued under the signature of Inspector General of Registration, Bihar, Patna by which the service of the petitioner has been terminated as Lower Division Clerk posted at District Registration

Patna High Court CWJC No.6394 of 2023(7) dt.28-08-2025 2/3 Officer, Araria for remaining unauthorizedly absent from duty on different periods between July, 2014 to December, 2018.

(ii) Issuance of a writ of mandamus and / or any other writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to reinstate him as Lower Division Clerk in District Registration Officer, Araria with all consequential service benefits including arrear and current salary due since August, 2016.

(iii) Issuance of a writ of mandamus and / or any other writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents not to give effect to / implement the order of termination of the services of the petitioner as contained in memo dated 11.01.2023 (Annexure - 14). "

3. The appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the Inspector General of Registration, Bihar, Patna, as such, the Inspector General of Registration, Bihar, Patna is directed to dispose of the same within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The appeal must be disposed of after hearing the petitioner and a reasoned order shall be passed taking into consideration all the grounds raised by the petitioner in the appeal as well as in the oral submission including the documentary evidence.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
