The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that after death of his father, the petitioner got some land transferred in his name through a sale deed by impersonating his father. It is submitted that the father of the complainant executed the sale deed. The case is filed after about 15 years. The dispute appears to be of civil nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
