JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No.- 624/2022, arising out of Mansahi P.S. Case No. 19/2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on charge sheet has been submitted under sections 366 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2022.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Katihar in connection with S.T. No.- 624/2022, arising out of Mansahi P.S. Case No. 19/2022.
