====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 25-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 75 of 2021 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323,324, 353, 307, 333/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is law abiding person, the entire case has been lodged on the basis of secret information. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2021 and charge sheet has been filed in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused persons have already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.07.2022 and 18.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 19404 of 2022 and 49708 of 2021 respectively.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made above of this case, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 75 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
