2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the main allegation of abducting the victim is against one Santosh Mukhiya.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2024 and the victim, in her statement under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. has not said anything against the petitioner and she has only said that she was taken to the petitioner's house.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Bihra P.S.
