2. The petition challenges the order dated 26.07.2007 by which the learned Special Judge, Vigilance-I, Patna took cognizance of offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 120B and 109 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(1)(c)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

3. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering that the court has only summoned the petitioners to stand trial and avenues are still open to the petitioners to vent their grievances before the Special Court itself as was the view of the Supreme Court in Khacheru Singh Vs. State

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3157 of 2009 dt.16-04-2015 2 / 2 of Uttar Pradesh & Anr. reported in (1982) 3 SCC 218, the petition is dismissed.
