2. This application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents-State of Bihar to pay the petitioner the Provident Fund dues and arrears of salary for the period 1999 to 2002.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the respondentsState of Bihar that nothing is due to be paid to the petitioner. It has also been submitted that arrears of salary has also been paid to the petitioner after filing of this application.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the petitioner has been paid the General Provident Fund amount.
5. The grievance of the petitioner relating to payment of salary of arrears, for the period 1999 to 2002, cannot be gone into in the present proceeding, particularly in view of the stand taken on behalf of the respondentsState of Bihar that the said amount has already been paid to the petitioner.
6. Considering the submission, as above, this
