JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-07-2016 After some argument, Sri Mrigank Mauli, learned counsel , who was assisted by Sri Sanjay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Ramesh Chandra, learned A.P.P., makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that, petitioner may appear before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail. He submits that in the present matter there was case and counter case in between the parties.

The prayer is allowed.

Considering the facts and circumstances the petition stands disposed of with observation that if within a period of six weeks from today the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28425 of 2016 (3) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass appropriate order considering the fact that there is counter case also as well as injuries sustained by the victim of the present case.
