It has been submitted that in the cause title of the instant application, inadvertently, name of the petitioner No.1 has been mentioned as „Putul Kumari, daughter of Sunil Yadav‟, whereas, it should have been "Putul Kumari, daughter of Kuldeep Yadav" and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 30.06.2017 by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail.

Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title with regard to name of the petitioner No.1 during course of the day.

Accordingly, in the cause title of the order dated 30.06.2017, name of the petitioner No.1 is modified to the extent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27026 of 2017 (3) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 that in place of „Putul Kumari, daughter of Sunil Yadav‟, it should be read as "Putul Kumari, daughter of Kuldeep Yadav".
