08-09-2016 Heard Sri Amit Kumar Rakesh, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Binay Krishna, learned Special Public Prosecutor.
Two petitioners, who are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation apprehending their arrest in Kateya P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016, G.R. No. 594 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that in village politics, petitioners have been made accused, however; after going through the F.I.R. itself, the Court is satisfied
