2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghunath P.S. Case No. 228 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. In the First Information Report, the allegation against these petitioners is that they assaulted the uncle of the informant due to which he sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28264 of 2024(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 submission is that both the parties are agnates and on account of land dispute scuffle took place in between them. For the same occurrence, there is case and counter case between the parties. The present case has been lodged after a delay of 3 days of the alleged occurrence without any explanation. The doctor has found the injuries simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Siwan in connection with Raghunath P.S. Case No. 228 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
