The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Pirpainti P. S. Case No. 237 of 2008 dated 17.08.2008 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the nature of accusation and also taking into account the gender of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79967 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.
