JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. The petitioner is the wife of O.P. No. 2. She seeks cancellation of bail granted to him, by order, dated 21.12.2016, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur, in connection with Dalsingsarai Police Station Case No. 260 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/498A/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that O. P. No. 2 is not keeping the petitioner with love and dignity, as had been assured by him before the learned Court below. It is also being submitted that the order granting bail was passed behind
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29575 of 2017() dt.19-07-2017 2/2 the petitioner.
No ground, relevant for cancellation of bail is made out. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the O.P. No. 2 is threatening the petitioner for withdrawal of the criminal case.
