JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the objection of the petitioner regarding grant of PDS dealership licence on compassionate ground to the private respondent no.7 namely Yogendra Kumar Singh inasmuch as his father had been blacklisted twice by the department.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, Bihar for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.
