The petitioners have been in custody since 12.12.2018 and 14.12.2018 respectively in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 351/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it was only on suspicion that these petitioners were taken into custody and there is no recovery from them. It is further submitted that the seizure-list does not contain their signatures and the seizurelist witnesses are totally unknown. These petitioners were not riding the concerned motorcycle which is alleged to have been recovered.

Case No. 351/2018.
