2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That the petitioner prays for issuance of order/orders, direction/directions, writ/writs, preferably in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent authority concerned, to regularize the service of the petitioner on any suitable class-IV post who has been working as daily wages worker since 2009 to 2016 on the post of FW. And/or any other

3. The aforesaid relief is not supported by any material information like representation, legal or vested right followed by demand before the competent authority. Thus, the present petition stands dismissed in the light of Mani Subrat Jain V. State of Haryana reported in (1977) 1 SCC 486, reserving liberty to file a detailed representation to the concerned respondent so as to examine the petitioner's grievance and decide it within a reasonable period of time.
