Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered u/s 20 and 21 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
As per the prosecution case, 4.160 kgs of Ganja was recovered from the bag of co-accused Reeta Devi and on her disclosure, 500 gm Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. It has been further submitted that the recovered Ganja from the petitioner is less than small quantity. The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2022 Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Saran in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022.
The application stands allowed.
