In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following relief/reliefs:

"This writ application is directed for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9869 of 2021 dt.29-11-2021 2/2 impugned order of dismissal of the petitioner issued vide Memo No. 489 dated 24.02.2021 (contained in Annexure-6) passed by the Respondent No. 4."

Having regard to the fact that petitioner has invoked statutory remedy of appeal against order of penalty dated 24.02.2021 and preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority on 20.03.2021 and the matter is pending consideration before the Appellate Authority. Matter is taken up for final disposal. The Appellate Authority is hereby directed to take note of the petitioner's appeal dated 20.03.2021 as against the penalty order dated 24.02.2021 and decide the petitioner's memorandum of appeal in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed off.
