2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Suppi PS Case No. 116/2020 dated 18.05.2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 (A)/34 of the IPC.
3. As per First Information Report, the petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case which would be evident from the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 CrPC in which she has stated that she was scolded by her mother due to which she had gone to her Mama's place. Learned counsel also submits that the co-accused persons have
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24265 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 12386/2021 vide order dated 08.02.2022.

Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties, taking into consideration the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 CrPC which is mentioned in the impugned order and the fact that other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, ARVIND KUMAR @ ARVIND RAI, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi PS Case No. 116/2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
