The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 for the offence under Section 354 (B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aged about 18 years and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on
