2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201 and 34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. 3 . As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons killed the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only with a view to extort money from him. During course of investigation except the family member no other witnesses has supported the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2023.

The daughter of the informant died within seven years of marriage in an unnatural circumstance at her matrimonial house .

6. In view of the fact that daughter of the informant died within seven years of marriage in an unnatural circumstance at her matrimonial house and materials available on the records against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused.
