The petitioner submits that the instant case is a counter to the earlier case lodged by his mother against the informant and others and the injuries sustained by the informant are simple in nature.

In the facts of the case, let the petitioner as above be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in PS.
