This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sahebganj Police Station Case No. 402 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 399, 402 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent inasmuch as he is accused of commission of offence under Sections 394/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code in Sahebganj Police Station Case No. 301 of 2018, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail. This application for anticipatory bail, is hereby, rejected.

No.24078 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 The petitioner, Vikram Kumar, is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
