The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 29.01.2021 passed by this Court in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 3412, 504, 506, 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, on the ground, that the Opposite Party No. 2 has violated the condition of bail and has not paid a sum of Rs.2,500/- per month to the informant/wife. No.24644 of 2022(4) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 Opposite Party No. 2 (husband) submits that he substantially fulfilled the condition of bail and out of arrears amount of Rs. 20,000/- he has paid Rs.10,000/- and remaining 10,000/- shall be paid to the informant-petitioner within two months. He further submits that he has been paying the current living cost @ Rs,2,500/- per month in terms of the order of this Court in time. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel of the Opposite Party No. 2, the present application stands dismissed.
