The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.39 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Considering the fact that recovery of illicit liquor has not been made from the house of the petitioner, who has clean antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J cum Excise Court 1st, Bhojpur at
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24459 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.39 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The petitioner will visit Charpokhari Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
