====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., on 04.01.2024 at about 8 AM, all the accused persons including this petitioner, variously armed, were cutting sugarcane from the informant's field and when the informant and others objected, all the accused persons assaulted the informant's side.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is counter blast of Manjhagarh P. S. Case No. 05 of 2024 which was filed by the one Jitendra Bind against the informant and his family members and only to save their skin
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28096 of 2024(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 from the above mentioned case, informant lodged this false and concocted case against the petitioner. Moreover, the injuries allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P. S. Case No. 04 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
