The present writ petition is directed against an order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') on 07.11.2014 arising out of O.A. No. 404 of 2010. The Tribunal has decided 25 Original Applications along with present Original Application in question. The petitioners filed 23 writ petitions before this Court such as C.W.J.C. No. 11695 of 2015 arising out of a common order passed in the analogous cases by the Tribunal. Such writ petitions were dismissed vide order dated 18.08.2015.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17157 of 2015 dt.17-05-2016 2/2 For the reasons recorded therein, the present writ petition is also dismissed.
