The petitioners want to renew the prayer of prearrest bail which was earlier rejected vide Cri. Misc. No. 36964 of 2014 by order dated 15.04.2015 passed with Cri. Misc. No. 44593 of 2014 on the ground that after completing investigation, chargesheet was submitted only against accused Upendra Sao and the petitioners and others have not been sent up. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer by submitting that the petitioners may seek regular bail.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners may surrender within one month and seek regular bail then their prayer for regular bail shall be considered in the light of submission that they have not been sent up and accordingly, their
