The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that specific allegation of assault is against other accused persons such as Pawan Mandal, Sharvan Mandal, Ramdeo Mandal and Chandrakant Mandal etc. It is further contended that Ramdeo Mandal has already been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner is a lady and only allegation against her is that she was also present along with her husband.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31633 of 2016 (2) dt.01-09-2016 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Reeta Devi be released on bail in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 13/2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
