The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No.109 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 379, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission that there is a case and counter case and several co-accused have been granted prearrest bail by the court below itself and the bail of the petitioner has been rejected only because he is said to have given iron blow to the informant, but the injury report suggests that the injuries sustained by the informant are not only on non-vital part of the body but also simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1865 of 2019(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IX, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S.
