1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) Issuance of Writ or Writs in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of Memo No. 647 dated 19.08.2010 only against the Petitioner, wherein and whereby name of the Petitioner had been deleted from the Panel, prepared for appointment for ClassIV posts, illegally and arbitrarily without any basis and moreover on baseless ground.

(II) Issuance of writ or writs in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents specially Respondent No. 2 to consider the school certificate of the petitioner which has been issued by the school authorities itself and Petitioner have submitted the same at the time of filing of the form for appointment

Patna High Court CWJC No.17704 of 2015(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 in the panel as 4th Grade daily wage employee which was accepted by the Respondent authorities itself after proper verification.

(III) Issuance of writ or writs in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents specially Respondent No. 2 to appoint the Daily wage Petitioner alongwith other senior Fourth Grade Employees.

(IV) Issuance of writ or writs in the nature of mandamus Commanding / Directing the Respondents to pass appropriate order to give seniority to the Petitioner to the junior of the Panel who are already appointed."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
