Mr.Nityanand ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of Rs.50,000/- as dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, marriage of deceased, daughter of the informant, was performed with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22029 of 2019(4) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 Amit Kumar on 25.06.2014 and due to mis-understanding in between daughter of the informant and Amit Kumar, daughter of the informant started to reside at her Maika but she was taken by her husband Amit Kumar at her matrimonial house and after two days, she committed suicide, as she has no issue in spite of passing over five years of her marriage and after knowing the aforesaid real fact, the informant has filed an application on 13.02.2019 in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, which would appear from annexure 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
