2. A hard copy of the counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3 in the Court. Let it be kept on record.

3. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction/ directions, order/orders and command/commands upon the respondents for providing original certificate of Intermediate Examination of the petitioner which was held in the month of May 1993 bearing Roll No.30148, Roll Code-208 Enlistment No. 10153 and other reliefs for which the writ petitioner is entitled on the basis of facts as well as law both.

4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6657 of 2024(4) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 Respondent Nos.1 to 3, in para 8 of which, it is stated that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed as the petitioner's original mark sheet and original certificate have already been sent vide Board's Memo No. 158 dated 31.07.2024 (whereby the earlier incomplete result under Roll No. 30148, had subsequently been completed under Roll No. 30154 with Code -

208) to the Principal, L.P. Shahi Inter College, Gaya and copy of the same has also been communicated to the petitioner for information and obtaining her original certificate from the college concern.

5. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

6. It is noted that the incomplete result under Roll No.30148, had subsequently been completed under Roll No.30154 with Code-208. It is clarified that for all purposes the roll number of the petitioner shall be read as 30154 with Code 208.
