The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015 registered under section 392/411 IPC. After getting off the train while the informant was going to the place of his father-in-law, it is alleged that four miscreants looted his cash and cell phone. On disclosure of accused persons, it is alleged that one person was arrested in possession of the looted mobile phone who disclosed the name of the petitioner. The contention of the petitioner is that on the basis of the confessional statement, he has been named in the FIR. There is sharp contradiction in the seizure memo prepared in relation to the recovery of the cell phone. Due to previous enmity the petitioner has been trapped in this case.

No.48988 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 Be that as it may, in view of allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
