JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.182 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 332, 427, 353, 504 and 342/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that when the police reached in the village for investigating a case and went to the house of the suspected accused and tried to apprehend him then 20-25 villagers gathered and started throwing brickbat and danda over the police party causing injury to the police force and damaged the police vehicle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a villager and on account of that he has falsely been

Mustakim @ Mustakim and others have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.03.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No.11772 of 2017.
Having regard to the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.182 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J.) S.Kumar/- U T
