Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, in the first and last paragraph of the bail application, Bairiya P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 has been typed as "Bairiya P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015. Due to that reason, Bairiya P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015 has been typed in the order dated 24.08.2016. In view of the above submission, first learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33271 of 2016 (3) dt.21-09-2016 2/2 correction in the first and last paragraphs of the application. Let the reference "Bairiya P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015 be corrected to be read as "Bairiya P.S. Case No. 2016" in the order No. 2 dated 24.08.2016.
