The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 266 of 2018 (Special Case No. 8888 of 2018) for the offences under Sections 37(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition and Manufacture Act and Section 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 23.09.2018. He further submits that in the instant case investigation in all respect is now completed. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
