No-one appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case although there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. Injury are said to be simple in nature. Learned counsel further submits that there is a counter case also and the parties are fighting over the issues arising out of Panchayat Election. On perusal of the First Information Report it shows that there were repeated assault on the head and allegations are

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of Anticipatory Bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, petitioner shall surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, learned court below shall consider the same on the materials available on record and shall pass appropriate order. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) siddharth/- U T
