(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to grant the benefits of MACP to the petitioners which are long overdue to them."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent no. 3 i.e. the District Magistrate, Kishanganj, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners approach the respondent no. 3 i.e. the District Magistrate, Kishanganj, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
