JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail of O.P No. 2 granted vide order dated 19.06.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18043 of 2012. It was alleged that O.P. No. 2 sold the land of the informant which the informant claimed to have been received through a gift executed by Girija Devi. The O.P. No. 2 claimed the land by virtue of purchase by his father when considering the civil nature of dispute the bail was granted to the O.P. No. 2.

Now the petitioner has filed the present application for cancellation of bail on the ground to reconsider the application on merits.

The parameters of grant of bail and its cancellation are quite different. This Court finds no merit in the cancellation application.
