Petitioners seeks bail in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 324, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are agnates of co-accused Sandip Tiwary. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Moreover, the injury report suggest only one injury, which falsifies the prosecution case. Petitioners are in custody since 11.01.2019.
